Texas, Fla. Lead US In Rate Of Uninsured Residents

Law360, Miami (August 30, 2013, 5:52 PM EDT) -- Texas and Florida lead the nation with the highest percentage of residents under 65 living without health insurance, according to newly released U.S. Census data, with about a quarter of that segment in each state's population lacking coverage.
