NLRB Lacks 'Intellectual Integrity,' Judge Says

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 4:41 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge chided the labor board for lacking “intellectual integrity” Thursday, ruling that a case in which BCI Coca-Cola Bottling of Los Angeles Inc. was accused of of laying off workers for union activities and making unlawful threats ought to be dismissed.
