Doc Must Arbitrate With HMO In Contract Row, NJ Court Says

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 7:36 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Friday ruled to keep a physician’s breach of contract suit against AmeriChoice of New Jersey Inc. in arbitration, ruling she was bound to arbitration by the very contract she sued to keep intact.
