HCA Seeks Toss Of 'Serial Relator' FCA Suit

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 2:37 PM EDT) -- Hospital company HCA Holdings Inc. urged a Tennessee federal court on Friday to toss a False Claims Act suit accusing 16 of its Tennessee facilities of submitting false claims to Medicare, saying the suit is filled with generalized allegations filed by a "serial relator."
