Bail For AUO Exec Who Price-Fixed LCDs Denied By Judge

Law360, San Francisco (August 30, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Friday denied bail to former AU Optronics Corp. executive Stephen Leung, who was sentenced to two years in jail for participating in a massive price-fixing conspiracy on liquid crystal displays, saying Leung would have to surrender to custody next Friday despite claims of juror misconduct.
