NJ Firms Battle Over $550K In Fees From Property Tax Cases

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 7:39 PM EDT) -- DeCotiis Fitzpatrick & Cole LLP has launched a suit in New Jersey Superior Court, alleging another New Jersey law firm, Zipp & Tannenbaum LLC, refused to properly divvy up approximately $550,000 in legal fees from property tax disputes initially handled by DeCotiis.
