Fee Award In FDNY Bias Suit Cut By $4M

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 4:47 PM EDT) -- Attorneys representing an association of black firefighters that intervened in a suit over the New York City Fire Department’s hiring practices will receive $4 million less in legal fees than the $7.7 million they requested, a New York federal judge ruled Friday.
