ITC Reviews Duties On Chinese, Australian Chemicals

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 2:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched a review of the anti-dumping duties it placed on imports of electrolytic manganese dioxide from China and Australia five years ago, according to a notice in Tuesday's Federal Register.

The aim of the ITC investigation is to find out if domestic industry will suffer if the duties are removed. The agency has given stakeholders until Oct. 3 to submit comments to the agency regarding the possible removal of the duties.
