Cheap Trick Musicians Fire Back Against Founding Drummer

Law360, Los Angeles (September 3, 2013, 3:56 PM EDT) -- Three members of rock band Cheap Trick sued founding drummer Brad M. Carlson — publicly known as Bun E. Carlos — on Friday in Delaware state court, claiming they validly removed him as a director from each of the boards for the band's various corporations.

Carlson hasn't toured with Cheap Trick since March 2010, leaving guitarist Richard Nielsen, bassist Thomas Peterson and singer/guitarist Robin Zander to believe that he had left the band, according to their lawsuit.
