Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 5:19 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of an Iowa man's suit alleging private equity fund American Capital Strategies Ltd. sold shares in the enterprise created from its takeover of the home health care company he owned without informing him or paying him for his shares.
