Ex-Dukes Members Fight To Keep Wal-Mart Bias Suit Alive

Law360, Miami (September 4, 2013, 4:36 PM EDT) -- Former members of the disbanded nationwide Dukes class of female Wal-Mart Stores Inc. workers on Wednesday asked a Florida federal judge to allow their regional gender bias suit against the retail giant to proceed to discovery.
