DOL Says Court Lacks Jurisdiction Over H-2B Visa Rules

Law360, New York (September 4, 2013, 3:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor urged a Florida federal court Tuesday to nix a challenge to its rules governing the H-2B visa program for unskilled workers, saying that the court lacks jurisdiction to review the matter.
