Fla. Court Cuts Liberty's Share Of $3.4M Condo Settlements

Law360, New York (September 4, 2013, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday reduced Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co.'s share of a $3.4 million settlement that MI Windows & Doors Inc. struck to end defective-product suits brought by condo associations, ruling that a lower court should have applied the “your product” exclusion.
