Blue Cross Accuses Drug Test Co. Of $36M Fraud Scheme

Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 8:49 PM EDT) -- Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey filed suit in New Jersey state court last month accusing a group of health care providers and substance abuse centers of flooding the insurer with fraudulent claims for unnecessary drug tests to the tune of $36 million.
