3rd Circ. Won't Hear Remand Appeal Over Fatal Plane Crash

Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 2:56 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Thursday declined to hear airplane engine maker Lycoming Engines’ appeal of an order remanding a lawsuit accusing it of negligence over a fatal crash, finding the court has no jurisdiction to review the lower court’s ruling on a motion for reconsideration.
