British Atty In Tax-Dodge Case Likely To Get Looser Bail

Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A federal judge said Thursday that he will likely loosen the bail conditions of a British lawyer accused of helping a wealthy New York family hide an inheritance from tax collectors, freeing him up to travel to England to build a defense.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter said he was inclined to give accused attorney Michael Little the freedom to travel to his native England so that he can review documents and speak with potential witnesses.
