SolarWorld Appeals Chinese Solar Panel Findings To CIT

Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 5:49 PM EDT) -- SolarWorld AG is appealing two determinations from the U.S. Department of Commerce to the U.S. Court of International Trade, arguing that several Chinese solar producers should be labeled as being under government control and that frames for Chinese solar panels have been undervalued, the company said Thursday.
