Organic Farmers Ask High Court To Hear Monsanto Seed Case

Law360, Los Angeles (September 5, 2013, 6:11 PM EDT) -- A group of farmers on Thursday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear their appeal of a Federal Circuit dismissal of their lawsuit alleging that contamination by Monsanto Co.'s genetically engineered seed renders them liable for patent infringement, arguing they face significant threats of litigation.
