Health Care Software Trade Secrets Row Sent To Arbitrator

Law360, Los Angeles (September 5, 2013, 9:48 PM EDT) -- A California judge ruled Thursday that an arbitrator should hear CHT-P+W Software Inc.'s claims that a rival health care software company stole its trade secrets, saying the arbitration clause in a 2002 technology agreement between Evolution1 Inc. and CHT-P+W's predecessor was enforceable.
