U.S. Asks High Court To Pass On 'Rock Band' Patent Appeal

Law360, New York (September 9, 2013, 3:06 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration advised the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday to pass on an appeal brought by Electronic Arts Inc. and others that seeks to derail a patent lawsuit over the “Rock Band” video game, saying it's not the right case to reconsider the inequitable conduct doctrine.
