Hotel Internet Provider Co. Checks In To Ch. 11

Law360, Wilmington (September 6, 2013, 4:25 PM EDT) -- Utah-based iBahn Corp. entered Chapter 11 in Delaware bankruptcy court Friday as the hotel Internet provider seeks to rebound from a cash crunch brought about by declining revenue and spiking litigation costs.

IBahn has lost a third of its revenue from primary customer Marriott International Inc. since 2011 while waiting for certification under the hotelier's vendor policy and has spent increasing sums in recent years defending itself against patent infringement suits, according to a declaration by Chief Financial Officer Ryan Jonson.
