BP, Feds Spar Over Conflicting Gulf Spill Estimates

Law360, Washington (September 6, 2013, 4:23 PM EDT) -- BP PLC and the federal government warred in Louisiana federal court on Thursday by providing conflicting expert reports on the amount of oil spilled in the Gulf of Mexico during the massive 2010 Macondo well oil spill, with each claiming the other side skewed the numbers.
