ITC Closes Probes Of Indonesian, Thai Shrimp Subsidies

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday terminated a portion of its sweeping investigation of illegal subsidies on frozen shrimp in light of evidence that the governments of Indonesia and Thailand are not providing enough financial support to the industry to warrant remedial duties.
