Clear Channel Reaches $22M Deal Over 2003 Fire

Law360, New York (February 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Clear Channel Broadcasting Inc. has struck a $22 million deal aimed at resolving 13 lawsuits brought by survivors and relatives of those killed in a 2003 fire at a Rhode Island nightclub. The deal would push the total value of settlements connected to the fire past $70 million.
