Enviros Ask 3rd Circ. To Back Deal Curbing Pa. Forest Drilling

Law360, Philadelphia (September 11, 2013, 5:11 PM EDT) -- An attorney for two environmental groups on Wednesday urged the Third Circuit to restore a settlement agreement requiring the U.S. Forest Service to conduct environmental assessments prior to approving any private oil and gas drilling in Pennsylvania’s Allegheny National Forest.
