Hotel Internet Provider Wins OK For $1.5M Ch. 11 Loan

Law360, Wilmington (September 9, 2013, 3:07 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave the interim nod Monday to a slew of first-day motions in global hotel Internet provider iBahn Corp.'s Chapter 11 case, including a crucial $1.5 million post-petition loan to help keep the company afloat through the process.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Peter J. Walsh made little comment when signaling his approval at a hearing in Wilmington for the debtor-in-possession loan, which is combined with a bid for the company to continue using cash collateral to fund its case.
