Argentina Asks 2nd Circ. To Review $1.3B Bond Decision

Law360, New York (September 9, 2013, 5:33 PM EDT) -- The Republic of Argentina on Friday asked the Second Circuit to review a decision requiring it to pay all bondholders, even those that held out from a 2001 restructuring, in an equal manner in a $1.3 billion dispute with a pair of hedge funds.
