NY High Court Hears Fired Intesa Exec's Disability Claims

Law360, New York (September 9, 2013, 4:20 PM EDT) -- A former Intesa SanPaolo executive who claimed he was illegally fired after being diagnosed with depression told New York's top court Monday his discrimination suit should be revived because the Italian banking giant failed to try to accommodate him during a round of post-merger cost-cutting.
