NJ Assembly Passes Corporate Tax Bill With Christie Tweaks

Law360, New York (September 9, 2013, 7:51 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey General Assembly on Monday advanced an embattled corporate tax incentive bill for the third time, after agreeing to incorporate changes suggested by Gov. Chris Christie in a conditional veto which included the elimination of prevailing wage guarantees for some workers.
