PE-Backed Aramark Files For $100M IPO

Law360, New York (September 9, 2013, 3:52 PM EDT) -- Private equity-backed Aramark Holdings Corp. on Monday filed plans to raise $100 million in an initial public offering that would kick off the food servicer's third run as a publicly owned company.

The preliminary documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission do not give a timetable for the offering or say how many shares would go up for sale at what price.
