Philly Building Crash Survivor Given Go-Ahead On Deposition

Law360, Philadelphia (September 9, 2013, 5:40 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania judge on Monday ruled in favor of a woman who allegedly lost her legs as a result of the collapse of a Philadelphia building in June, allowing her to give a deposition even though 11 other civil suits in the matter have been stayed.
