Honeywell Loses Bid To Ditch Patent Suit In NY

Law360, Los Angeles (September 9, 2013, 8:32 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge refused Monday to dismiss ICM Controls Corp.'s suit accusing Honeywell International Inc. of patent infringement of electronic control technology for furnaces, saying ICM’s claims asserted intellectual property rights different from those in a related Minnesota federal action.
