Estate Atty Settles Claims Of Ex-Colgate CEO's Daughters

Law360, Los Angeles (September 9, 2013, 10:19 PM EDT) -- Former Bingham McCutchen LLP partner Donna M. White has settled a dispute with the daughters of onetime Colgate Palmolive CEO David Foster, who alleged she gave fraudulent estate planning advice to Foster before his death and concealed a conflict of interest, the parties disclosed at a hearing Monday.
