Fla. Atty Can't Duck Claims He Aided Client's Ponzi Scheme

Law360, Miami (September 10, 2013, 4:01 PM EDT) -- A Florida state judge said Tuesday that a lawsuit accusing a Miami lawyer of helping a businessman perpetrate a Ponzi scheme failed to clearly state its allegations, but she refused to dismiss it, saying the case may have a valid cause of action if the claims are true.
