Ex-Faruqi Atty Seeks Sanctions In Sex Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 8:41 PM EDT) -- Former Faruqi & Faruqi LLP litigation associate Alexandra Marchuk on Tuesday fired back at the $15 million counterclaim her former employer lodged in her sexual harassment suit, saying she would seek sanctions for the firm's failure to withdraw the claim in light of “bombshell information.”
