9th Circ. Won't Spare Utilities From Haze Control Rule

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday refused to let utilities in Arizona dodge emissions requirements during a pending challenge of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's haze standards for the region, forcing them to install pollution controls at three coal plants to comply with federal rules.
