GAO Sustains Protest Of $244M Courthouse Security Contract

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 9:59 PM EDT) -- A $244 million U.S. Marshals Service contract for courthouse security services was based on flawed negotiations with bidders, and low-priced bidder Sentrillion Corp. was unfairly booted from the competition, according to a U.S. Government Accountability Office decision made public Tuesday.
