Accel-KKR Takes Majority Stake In EA Holdings

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 2:39 PM EDT) -- California-based private equity firm Accel-KKR has made a majority investment in EA Holdings Inc., a holding company of two businesses in secure health information exchange, in an effort to expand the company’s footprint, the firm announced Wednesday. 

Accel-KKR, which manages more than $2.3 billion in capital and invests in lower middle market software and technology-enabled services companies, did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
