Daimler Urges DC Circ. To Nix Navistar Enviro Certificates

Law360, Washington (September 11, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- Daimler Trucks North America LLC and other truck makers asked the D.C. Circuit on Monday to revoke environmental compliance certificates granted to Navistar Inc. by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for certain diesel engines — a ruling that would open the door for an enforcement action or citizen suit against the company.
