AIG Computer-Hack Policy Covers Medicare Fraud, Atty Says

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 5:15 PM EDT) -- The computer fraud insurance policy an American International Group Inc. subsidiary provided to health insurer Universal American Corp. wasn't limited to hackers and should cover an $18 million Medicare fraud, Universal American's attorney told a New York state appeals court panel Wednesday.
