Katten Faces Contempt Threat in Breitbart Libel Case

Law360, Washington (September 11, 2013, 3:24 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Wednesday threatened to hold attorneys at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in contempt of court unless they satisfactorily answered questions regarding the estate of their client Andrew Breitbart in a libel suit brought against the blogger by former U.S. Department of Agriculture official Shirley Sherrod.
