Judgment Creditor Asks 11th Circ. To Nix $3M Ruling

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 7:59 PM EDT) -- A judgment creditor in a securities fraud suit against Capital International Holdings Inc. urged the Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday to overturn a final order issued in a $2.7 million judgment, saying a Florida federal court lacked jurisdiction to grant the judgment.
