Lockheed Martin Boosts Global IT Work With Amor Group Buy

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 3:59 PM EDT) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. has snapped up U.K.-based information technology company Amor Group in a bid to grow its international IT services, the company said Wednesday.

Amor Group will become a part of Lockheed Martin's Information Systems & Global Solutions business, and the deal is expected to help Lockheed Martin expand its capabilities and expertise in civil government services and the energy and transportation industries — particularly in the oil and gas and airport management sectors, Amor said in a news release.
