High Court Will Review Argentina Bond Appeal On Sept. 30

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 2:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will consider on Sept. 30 whether or not to take up the Argentine government’s appeal of a Second Circuit ruling declaring the country must pay nearly $1.4 billion to holdout creditors suing for full repayment on defaulted bonds, according to a Wednesday filing.
