KPN Still In Talks Over America Movil's $9.6B Buyout Plan

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 11:26 AM EDT) -- Dutch telecom giant Royal KPN NV is still holding constructive talks with America Movil SAB de CV over the Mexican company's €7.2 billion ($9.6 billion) takeover proposal, it said Thursday, buoying confidence in the deal two weeks after America Movil threatened to shelve its bid.
