Pittsburgh Zoo Says Mauled Boy's Mom Is Liable For Death

Law360, Philadelphia (September 12, 2013, 6:10 PM EDT) -- The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium said Monday that the mother of a 2-year-old boy who was killed after falling into a pen of wild dogs at the zoo in November should be held responsible for her son’s death.
