Enviro Review Delays Valero Rail Project At Calif. Refinery

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 6:45 PM EDT) -- Valero Energy Corp. will have to delay by more than a year the construction of a railcar unloading rack at a Northern California refinery in order to allow the completion of an environmental impact assessment, the company’s chairman and CEO said Thursday.
