Foley Atty Should Be Booted From Commerce Probe, Suit Says

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 7:22 PM EDT) -- An Indiana-based chemical company asked a District of Columbia superior court judge Tuesday to bar a Foley & Lardner LLP partner who had once represented it in U.S. Department of Commerce investigations from working for rival Chinese manufacturers in the same proceedings, saying he has a conflict of interest.
