Former Head Of FBI Boston Office Charged In Ethics Probe

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 3:42 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors on Thursday charged the former head of the FBI's Boston office with violating ethics laws by contacting FBI officials shortly after his retirement regarding the agency's securities fraud investigation into his new private-sector employer.
