Ex-BSGR Employee Wants Docs Tested In Guinea Bribery Case

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 9:07 PM EDT) -- A French businessman accused of blocking a foreign bribery investigation into BSG Resources Ltd. asked a New York federal judge on Thursday to allow authenticity testing of contracts at the center of the case, arguing the documents might be fake.

Lawyers for Frederic Cilins said they should be allowed to authenticate supposed contracts between his former employer, BSGR, and a woman with ties to officials in Guinea who allegedly received bribes from the company.
